The teachers are always encouraged to participate in various national and international seminars, conferences and symposiums. The institution provides internet access to all the teachers. The institution allows teachers to borrow more books from the library for the purpose of their research. The principal also encourages the faculties to apply for UGC sponsored research project. The principal as well as the administrative office provide all necessary documents for application for the research. After the project is sanctioned and the grant is received, it is handed over immediately to the principal investigator of the project. Any investigator has not demanded for reduction of his/her work load, the college authority may consider the demand if it is required by the investigator. Leaves are often sanctioned as per the requirements of the investigators especially for conducting the fieldwork involved in their project.
