The Finishing School training project was implemented in Gujarat during the year 2016-17. The objective of Finishing School Training is to enhance the skills of the students of Gujarat to get jobs by imparting Soft Skill Training and Functional English Training through the concept of Finishing School Training.

The project of Finishing school was initiated in Nima Girls Arts College, Gozaria from August 13, 2021 to September 13, 2021.During this training of 20days and 80 hours’ students were made aware about the soft-skills, which plays a tremendous role in ensuring employability. As many as 58 girl-students of the college got benefitted through this programme initiated by the college through the support of KCG, Government of Gujarat.

In Nima Girls Arts College, Gozaria the “Finishing School Training”, a Govt. of Gujarat initiative under the care and patronage of Knowledge Consortium of Gujarat, was organized from August 13, 2021 to September 13, 2021. In this training-programme of eighty hours. Higher Education Department of Govt. of Gujarat got the training imparted to the girl-students of the college by both the well-known empaneled trainers Dr. Hiteshbhai Patel and Dr. Vishalbhai Patel. Both the enthusiastic trainers left no stones unturned to equip the students with the basic soft-skills and spoken English, which are extremely required for developing employability nowadays. In this programme as many as fifty-eight students participated with a view to develop and enhance their consciousness for employability and soft-skills. This training-programme was directed by both the coordinators DR. D.M. Vaghela and DR. S.G. Patel under the guidance of the in-charge principal DR. G.C. Barot.
